Excellent Welcome and Comfortable Atmosphere

I had a wonderful experience at Atria Hotel. I was warmly welcomed and felt right at home. The atmosphere throughout the hotel, from the front door to the lobby and restaurant, was comfortable and familiar. The staff greeted me sympathetically and made me feel valued as a guest. The menu at the restaurant offered a wide variety of interesting dishes prepared by skilled chefs. I was thoroughly impressed with the hospitality and ambiance of Atria Hotel. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of the city. The service was first class, with 1st class service from all the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist me. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. I especially enjoyed the rooftop pool, it was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the city views. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I had a fantastic experience here.

I found the hotel to be verynice and neat. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating to my needs. the hotel facilities were great, including free parking and a refreshing swimming pool. One of the best things about this hotel was the delicious and varied breakfast, with many traditional Indonesian dishes to choose from.

the room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and the gym and swimming pool were tempting. the location of the hotel was also convenient for my conference as it was easily accessible from the main road. the staff were friendly, and the food was delicious.

I was not satisfied when my request for connecting rooms went unnoticed even though I booked a month in advance. the shower in the bathroom was also not ideal as it only had lukewarm water which was not comfortable in the evenings and mornings.

Stayed here during Christmas and it was a great experience. The holiday decorations were beautiful and really put us in a festive mood. Our room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool and gym, which were both well-maintained. The breakfast was also a highlight with a wide variety of delicious food options to choose from.

The Wi-Fi connection was a bit slow and spotty at times, which was frustrating when we wanted to use our phones or laptops. We also noticed that the soundproofing was not great, as we could hear noise from other rooms and the hallways.

This hotel provides comfortable rooms with a good location to explore the area, according to the helpful staff. the rooms are well-kept and offer air-conditioning, with spacious bathrooms and daily cleaning services. the breakfast includes a variety of Western and Indonesian dishes, with fresh fruit and yummy croissants. the elevators are spacious but slow, and the hotel features a friendly and welcoming front desk and restaurant staff.

Some reviews report hearing noise from the road, hallways and other rooms, which may be a drawback for a quiet stay.
